At a glance the Airpods Pro, the latest wireless earphones from Apple, are the first AirPods series to have an in-ear design. This means that users can use these earphones more comfortably without worrying that the device will fall because they are equipped with a pair of buds. Regarding buds, AirPods Pro are also equipped with three sizes of buds, large-medium-small, to adjust the earphone size to the size of the user’s ear hole. AirPods Pro itself is equipped with a number of mainstay features, one of which is the noise canceling feature, Active Noise Cancellation. As the name suggests, this feature allows users to listen to music clearly without distraction from surrounding sounds.
There is also a Transparency Mode, a feature that can be used to hear the sound around the user when they are wearing earphones, and Adaptive EQ which allows the AirPods Pro to adjust the sound output based on the user’s ears. In the hardware sector, AirPods Pro is equipped with an H1 chip with the active voice recognition feature from Siri. AirPods Pro also come with an earphone case to wirelessly charge the device. Apple claims AirPods Pro can be used to listen to music for 4.5 hours on a full charge.
You can listen to music, make phone calls, use Siri, and more with AirPods. When you take your AirPods out of their case, they turn on and ready to go. When you put it in your ear, AirPods play audio from your device automatically. If you remove an AirPod, the audio pauses. Release both of them and the audio will stop. If you’re listening with an AirPod and then let go, the AirPods pause. If you put it back in your ear in 15 seconds, playback will automatically resume.
AirPods connect to iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time. The sound switches automatically between the two.
When you’re not using your AirPods or AirPods Pro, keep them in the charging case. Your AirPods can get damaged if stored in your pocket or purse without putting them in their case.
Follow these steps when using AirPods to play audio from other devices or route audio to other headphones or speakers.
AirPods Pro let you control how much ambient sound you want to hear. Press and hold the pressure sensor to switch between Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency.
